Computer Science introduces you to the field of computer programming. There are four courses you can take. Each course teaches you fundamental skills required to be a computer programmer. You learn more advanced skills as you progress through each course. You will program in languages such as Logo, Scratch, VB, Alice, and Java.
Web Design deals with creating and maintaining Web sites. In Web Design I, you learn how to create your own Web sites using HTML, CSS and Javascript. We will use Notepad++, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash to build the sites. In Web Design II, you help maintain the school web site.
